Cancellation and Refund Policy

Automatic Refunds Within Cancellation Window
  • If you cancel your appointment within the designated cancellation window, a refund will be automatically processed.
  • The refund will be made to your original payment method.
Cancellation Window
  • The cancellation option will be visible on your dashboard up until a certain time before your scheduled appointment.
  • Once this window closes, the cancellation option will no longer be available on your dashboard.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

  • If you miss the cancellation window or fail to show up for your appointment, you will not be eligible for an automatic refund.
  • In exceptional circumstances, please contact our customer support team to discuss your situation.

Service Dissatisfaction

  • If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of your appointment.
  • We will review each case individually and may offer a refund or service credit at our discretion.

How to Cancel an Appointment

  1. Log into your Change Your Looks account
  2. Go to your dashboard
  3. Locate your upcoming appointment
  4. If within the cancellation window, select the 'Cancel Appointment' option
  5. Confirm your cancellation

The refund will be automatically processed once you complete these steps.
